Services
Personalized attention.
A broader clinical view.
Functional medicine, primary care, complex medical care, gerontology, diagnostics, prescribing, and additional treatment services are considered around the needs of the individual patient.
Primary Services
Care that looks at
the whole picture.
The practice brings functional medicine, primary care, complex medical care, and gerontology into one clinical relationship — with thoughtful diagnostics and attention to how multiple systems may be contributing to the same picture.
Functional Medicine
Evidence-based traditional and alternative medicine, with focus on the why and how of disease and the root cause.
Primary Care
Primary and functional care in one practice, with labs, imaging, prescribing, and referrals coordinated around the whole patient.
Complex Medical
Whole-person care for complicated multi-system disease, informed by broad clinical experience.
Gerontology
Board-certified experience caring for the medical needs of the aging adult with attention to the whole person.
The Service Model
Personalized attention.
No unnecessary tests.
Care begins with the individual patient and expands according to what the clinical picture actually requires. When mainstream labs or imaging are appropriate, insurance may cover those services depending on the patient’s plan.

Book a consultationJason can function as a primary care provider, allowing routine medical care and deeper functional or complex-care work to stay within one clinical relationship rather than being split across separate practices.
Primary care may include routine medical management, medication review and prescribing, laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and referrals when appropriate.
Jason has extensive experience treating the whole person, including complicated multi-system disease. The clinical aim is to understand how problems connect rather than separating every concern into an isolated specialty.
Book a consultationJason is board certified with extensive experience in this field and is equipped to understand and compassionately care for the health needs of the aging adult.

Book a consultationJason has full prescriptive authority within his scope of practice, including dispensing and administering supplements and medication.
Book a consultationJason evaluates and works to optimize hormone health, often without the need for hormone replacement. When clinically indicated, he can prescribe compounded hormone preparations.
He also works with patients preparing for pregnancy, including those with a history of infertility or miscarriage, with the goal of optimizing health before conception.
IV therapy is selected according to the individual clinical picture and may include hydration, high-dose magnesium, high-dose vitamin C, NAD+, and other nutrient infusions when clinically appropriate.
Book a consultationDuring EBOO, blood is drawn continuously from one arm and passed through a closed external circuit where it is oxygenated, ozonated, filtered, and exposed to ultraviolet light before being returned through the other arm. Approximately two liters of blood are processed during a session.

The absence of symptoms
does not equal the presence of health.
LDI uses very small, highly diluted antigen mixtures that can be adjusted according to the patient’s history and response. Jason may consider environmental, food and digestive, chemical, microbial, and tissue-related antigen groups in selected chronic immune-mediated presentations.
The specific antigen mixture and dosing strategy are individualized after evaluation. The full antigen catalog is intentionally kept out of the public website and can be discussed in more detail in the office when it is relevant to a patient’s case.
